About Us
Before we tell you about us, we'd like you to know that our store is all about you! Without you, our valued customers since January 2014, there would be no store! We have listened, and have created the safe, user friendly online store that so many of you asked for!
You asked for an extensive range of your favourite fabric brands for a reasonable price, and some sewing necessities such as wadding, interfacing, foam, zippers, thread, machine needles, hand sewing needles, cutting tools, etc. We have an extensive range of authentic Australian Aboriginal art fabrics as well as Liberty of London Tana Lawn, Kaffe Fassett, authentic Japanese fabrics, solids...just to mention a few.
And...when some of you asked whether we'd consider getting in some quality knitting and crochet yarn and associated supplies we found some beautiful boutique products. We have KnitPro knitting and crochet needles and beautiful gift sets, and yarn brands such as Malabrigo (Uruguay), Noro (Japan), Debbie Bliss (Italy), Bambini (Australian) , Fiori (Australian), Lana Gatto (Italy), and some other gorgeous undyed Prestige Yarns Australian extra-fine merino yarns spun in Italy's finest mills.
You asked for buyer rewards and we have listened! Enclosed with your first order you will find a flyer that has a Repeat Buyer Discount Code. You may use the discount code unlimited times during the calendar year it was issued. (It expires on 31st December of each year). The box for the discount code can be found on the second page of the checkout.
Thank you for helping us to make our dream of having a lovely online-only fabric and yarn business possible!

Now....about us.....
We are a husband and wife team operating a home-based business located in the small country town of Donnybrook, in Western Australia.
Our store has been founded upon our mutual appreciation of art, photography, needlecraft and fine textiles.
We have semi-retired after successfully operating our own business in an unrelated industry for over 40 years. Full retirement didn't sit well with us as we've always been busy, so we decided to embark on something new that we could operate from our home in our semi-retirement years. To put our idea to the test we opened stores on the eBay and Etsy websites some years ago, and quickly acquired a solid repeat customer base. When the time was right, we decided to open our own online store which lowered our operational costs so we could pass the savings onto our customers by offering an ongoing repeat buyer discount so products could be bought for a more reasonable price.
We have a special interest in textiles designed by Australian Aboriginal Artists and have an extensive collection of these very beautiful fabrics. We also do our best to support Australian wool growers and other Australian businesses and designers.
Quality of product and service is paramount to us and because we do not have a physical store front we are not open to the public, so our products are sent in brand new, clean condition because none of our products have been handled by others or 'shop soiled'.
